Return/exchange
As a consumer, you have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
The deadline means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will undo your purchase. You can send an email to info@edie.dk. You are also very welcome to use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions, but it is not a requirement.
Return
If you want to return an item, do the following:
1. Use our return portal to register the items that you wish to return. You can find it by clicking here: Come to Return Portal.
2. Once you have entered your order information and selected return cause, we will send you a QR code that you can show in the GLS parcel shop where you submit your package. The parcel shop then prints label and sends the package to us. Remember to enclose the invoice that came with the package.
You sCalm not to do more. Once we have received your return, we will transfer the money to you and deduct 29,- in handling fee. If you choose to exchange to other item is returned free. If you choose to get a gift card on the amount is returned free + you get an extra 10% on top.
You can expect 2-3 days of expedition time from the return package being received to the money being refunded.
We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package - if it should be away on its way. It is you who is in charge of your return shipping until we have received it.
You are also very welcome to return/exchange an item in the stores. It's always free.
If you refuse to receive an item so that it is sent back to us, we deduct the real shipping cost from your receivable.
Have you received an incorrect item or an item with error is of course free. Please contact us on 31 32 56 30 or info@edie.dk so that we can quickly send the right or a flawless item off to you.
Exchange
If you want to exchange an item, do the following:

3. Once we have received your return package, we will send the item to which you want to exchange. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you the amount.
Exchange/return in stores is free.
