Return/exchange
As a consumer, you have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
Return
You need does not To notify us that you are returning an item, but you may very well attach the invoice in the package you send back. If you want to notify us, you can send us an email at info@edie.dk. You are also very welcome to use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions, but it is not a requirement.
You can use the enclosed return label when you return an item. You just put this on the outside of the package and submit it to a parcel shop near you.
You have free return if you choose to receive a voucher on the amount or exchange to another size. Exchange is free once a day. order and then you have to pay shipping.
If you choose not to get a voucher or exchange to another size, the return freight costs 29,- which is deducted from your receivable.

Exchange
If you want to exchange an item for another size or for another item, just type it on the invoice when you return the item. If the item costs more than 250,- you get free exchange and otherwise you have to pay for the freight. Exchange is free once a day. order. The exchange and return in the store is always free.
